When will my order ship out?
Depending on the availability of the item, your order will ship out no later than 48 hours from your purchase date. If anything were to change, we will contact you. Orders placed after 12pm PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday morning, major Holidays excluded. Expedited orders will be processed and shipped out same day when placed by 12pm PT.
Where does your clothing ship from?
All orders ship from our Los Angeles warehouse.
How long does it take my order to arrive? Can it be expedited?
All domestic orders ship absolutely free via UPS Ground and take 5-7 business days to arrive unless otherwise stated. At checkout, you can choose UPS 2-Day expedited shipping for $20 or UPS Next Day for $40, excluding weekends. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. Boxes
Does Avesso ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally yet. Please visit our Stockists page to see witch boutiques carry Avesso in your country.
If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your Avesso purchase, we will gladly accept returns and credit the purchase back to the original form of payment for items returned within 30 days of purchase. We will only accept items that are returned unworn and undamaged with tags still attached. An in-home try-on is perfectly acceptable. To make a return, simply contact us at infoavesso@avesso.com to request a prepaid shipping label. Returns must be mailed to: Avesso, 2416 West Victory Blvd. #603 Burbank, California, US 91506.

Exchanges
We except changes within 30 days of purchase. We will only accept items that are returned unworn and undamaged with tags still attached. An in-home try-on is perfectly acceptable. To make an exchange, request a prepaid shipping label and exchange form at infoavesso@avesso.com and send the item with the completed exchange form. Once we receive the item, we will notify you via email if the item requested is available. We cannot guarantee stock. If the item requested is not available, we will credit the purchase back to the original form of payment.

What are the care instructions for my new garments?
Each Avesso piece has different cleaning instructions. Please always check the care label before cleaning. If you have any questions or need suggestions on how to clean your pieces organically, just contact us and we’ll gladly help you out.

Where is your clothing made?
All of our unique designs are created out of our Los Angeles location and all of our manufacturing is done in downtown Los Angeles.
Avesso means 'Reversible' in Portuguese...but why a Brazilian name?
Our founder and designer, Maira Cordeiro, is Brazilian. She moved stateside in 2013 and began creating Avesso when she saw a real need in the marketplace for fashionable, practical, eco-conscious clothing.
